overall evaluation
The residents criticized the quality of materials used and the lack of storage space. The flats themselves received higher marks than the housing development as a whole. Women demand more of their residential environment in general than do men.
Primarily, it is the details that are criticized. the architecture itself tends to be a minor concern.
social climate
The residents express the desire for more quiet, green space and leisure facilities. They are aware of innovations and appreciate them. In general, they expect information and services.
residential dreamsThe most popular "dream" is still a terraced house or a detached family house outside the city. People want to live in space which is ecological, close to nature, and friendly for families and children. i.e., there is a demand for a residential standard which corresponds to that of old buildings but is more modern.
